Located on the east shore of Lake Balsam, this rustic family resort offers beautiful sunsets, great fishing and a clean sandy beach for the kids. Grocery stores, churches, banks, bowling, movie theaters, ice cream parlors, golf and tennis courts are just a ten minute drive away.

What are the kitchens equipped with?
- All kitchens have refrigerator, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, crockery, pans, basic cutlery, cups, glasses
Will you offer boat rental?
- No boats or other equipment will be rented at the resort, however you can rent a boat at Dillon Cove Marina and dock at the resort for free.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Deposits will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date. Neither the initial deposit nor the remaining balance will be refunded for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Are your cabins equipped with air conditioning?
- No, but all of our cabins generally stay cool because they're close to the water, but we can provide portable fans if requested.
Is there a dock in the complex?
- Yes, you can launch your boat at Sand Bay.
Do you offer equipment for water activities?
- Yes, we offer kayaks, canoes and life jackets on a first come, first served basis.
Do you take a security deposit?
- We maintain a $300 security authorization on your credit card. Released within 24 hours of departure date/time
Do you provide parking?
- Yes, we offer free parking for all guests.
What cleaning supplies do you provide?
- Each cabin has dishwashing detergent, sponges, garbage bags, etc.
Can I take my dog with me?
- Yes, all of our listings are pet friendly, but please follow the rules set out in the Pet Policy section of our Terms and Conditions.
Do you provide bedding/bedding?
- We provide pillows and blankets and ask guests to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Exception: Special arrangements can be made for out-of-province guests. Please email to inquire. IMPORTANT: Do not use mattress covers as sheets as they are not washed regularly.
How do I pay my balance?

- No, mooring the boats is free.
What cleaning do owners do before guests arrive and what should guests clean?
- Upon check-out, we clean all cabins before new guests arrive. We ask all guests to leave their staterooms in the same condition they found at check-in.
Do the cabins have wifi?
- Yes we do provide free WiFi however it is currently limited in some areas of the resort.
Do the cabins have private grills and fire pits?
- Each cabin has a private propane barbecue. There is a shared fire pit in the complex. Check with the resort manager to see if the weather during your stay is favorable for making fires.
